Dear potential client,
With respect to any service, the terms of said services are extended on a case-by-case basis, considering the needs of the client against the availability of the company; we reserve the right to decline any service to anyone. This may occur if your needs fall beyond our purview or if we are fully committed at the moment. If your request for a service is approved, we will identify the pertinent terms of said service.
Frequently Asked Questions
What Can I Expect During My Consultation?
To make the most of your consultation, we ask that you be reasonably free of distractions and that you be available to talk at the scheduled time. If your service takes place virtually, please try to be in a location where you have reliable cell phone reception or internet connection - whichever is applicable. If the service cannot be completed due to poor reception, connection, interruptions, or other reasons, the call may be terminated, and it may not be rescheduled, nor will the service fee be refunded.
Will My Information Be Kept Confidential?
Yes. The information that you provide during your service will ALWAYS be kept completely confidential.
How Do I Retain Sasha as My Personal health coach?
Before taking on any new clients, Sasha requires the initial consultation. If she deems you eligible for personalized coaching, then your consultation fee will be deducted from the total balance of your personalized coaching fee.
Will You Be Able to Answer All of My Questions?
Maybe. But we cannot guarantee any potential outcome. The initial consultation will provide you with reasonably specific yet still generally broad information about your issues, and Sasha will - to the extent reasonably possible - seek to outline various potential outcomes and strategies.
What If You Can't Help Me?
If, during the consultation, Sasha determines that she cannot assist you, she will explain why and try to provide you with a referral to a functional, frequency, or chiropractic doctor - whichever is applicable. In some cases, Sasha may not have an appropriate referral, and thus, will provide you with suggestions for finding a qualified practitioner in your area. For some matters, it may not be cost-effective to hire a coach at all, and when Sasha believes that is the case, she will so advise you and try to provide you with other suggestions.
What Is Your Cancelation Policy?
We understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must give notice of cancellations or appointment changes at least 8 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 8 hours of the appointment time will incur an additional charge of 50% of the the original consultation fee as this additional charge compensates us for the time that was set aside specifically for you.
3. No-shows: Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in disqualification as a potential client and inability to request any further services.
4. Late Arrivals: We understand delays can happen. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. We may also decide to treat tardiness as a late cancellation and apply the applicable fee. This ensures we can provide the best service to you and other clients.
5. Exceptions: We recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis solely at the company’s discretion.
6. Fees: Your service fee is due at the time of request, unless otherwise noted, and is non-refundable as it covers the research and preparation for your services.
7. Refunds: service fees are non-refundable except in the case of company-initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions as determined by the company).
