CORE VALUES

  • Integrity.

We believe in a steadfast adherence to our morals and ethics. We will never promote information that is knowingly, intentionally, and recklessly inaccurate. In today’s society where fact-based research is censored, Mindful Living is committed to unveiling those truths in an effort to ensure our community is making informed decisions.

  • Authenticity.

We believe that censorship of artificial or chemical-based ingredients is artificial information and artificial information is artificial freedom. We are committed to full transparency in an effort to properly educate ourselves and expand our potential for growth as truth is the foundation of authentic healing.

  • Bio-individuality.

All bodies are not created equal. Thus, each person must be treated just as uniquely as they were created. Treating the human body as another prop on a conveyor belt has led to a society that is nutrient deprived, outrageously ill, and overly stressed. It is our mission to analyze the total person in order to achieve life-long wellness.

  • Community.

Humans were created to be together in unity. Isolation fosters fear, anxiety, and worry. Great things are invented and accomplished when we put our minds together and share our skills and knowledge. Mindfulness requires that we love others as much as we love ourselves.

  • Nature.

We were not created to live indoors or sit behind a desk. It is scientifically proven that trees, sunlight, and water boosts our immunity, clears our thinking, reduces depression, and prevents chronic illness. Our mission is to encourage more outdoor activity and remind our community that earth was created for our healing and living.

  • Faith.

We were created with purpose for a purpose. A society that teaches we are here by accident or to dispose of those with challenges is a society that does not foster authentic love. Faith in the one, true God calls us to encourage and uplift those who are suffering. Our minds are our greatest weapons and the proper mindset will lead to a solid belief system which will motivate us to live each day - not just survive. THIS is the essence of Mindful Living.
